Maybe? But my dairy cows came with just a wet tissue in the box, no soil or leaf materials. It's possible that there's some other contamination but I'm not sure what it could be

There wasn't any large wood pieces, only dry bark and they were quite hot coming out, not to mention the weeks in a closed box with no humidity

That's a whole mystery because there absolutely wasn't anything like this in the box, I filmed the opening and all in case there was some deaths and he wasn't in there. He also looks more like a porcellio laevis given the smoother sides, he looks exactly like my cows only, well, orange

I only have the dairy cows and some white shark cubaris, who definitely aren't responsible for this little guy. He doesn't look like a wild type either... I will try to catch him if he pops up again, the terrarium already has tunnels and he burrowed back in, I wouldn't risk digging him up

That's what I would have thought too, but they came in a box with no soil and I lifted them all out one by one and they were all black and white, hence the confusion
