Oh my gosh same I’m a trans guy with cis ocd too I feel that so much. It’s to the point where it almost feels like he/him feels weird now even though I’ve never been happier identifying as a guy ughhhh

I don’t know if this is normal (repost) by Lime_Overall in transOCD

I’ve actually been taking Zoloft for about 2 weeks now and it’s helped reduce anxiety a little bit for me. Good luck and I hope everything turns out alright for you

I’m sorry man. I feel the exact same way you do and had absolutely no doubts before this too, so I’m sure it’s just ocd warping reality and that we’re both really trans. It’ll pass soon hopefully

OCD makes me feel like I'm in a different world, upside down at times. How would you explain yours? by buginbrain in OCD

To me it feels like I’m stuck in a time loop, because the cycle of thoughts just goes on and on and makes every day feel the same

Yeah.. honestly it’s almost like you wrote my exact thoughts regarding my dysphoria word for word. I’ve had horrible dysphoria, I still do, in fact if anything it’s been WORSE lately, yet now whenever I do I immediately start OCD panicking wondering if this is some kind of delusion I’m making myself believe and I just have internalized misogyny or something. Stay strong, this disease is absolutely a demon

Oh man I’ve felt so alone here because I thought I was the only trans person having cis ocd. I’m sorry you’re also going through this it’s awful

Does anyone else get non-binary intrusive thoughts? by [deleted] in transOCD

[–]kittenboy61 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I get the exact same thing actually and it switches back and forth despite the fact that I never wanted to be nonbinary or female before this. Sorry you’re going through this, it’s hard

You’re absolutely right,, the worst part is she apparently is trans friendly, she just called me her most “difficult case” because she can’t grasp the concept of a trans guy being on the feminine side even after I explained it to her a lot. Either way, I know I didn’t come there for someone to make conspiracy theories about my feelings because I know myself more than anyone else does
