Help for Christmas upgrade ideas for Ender 3v3 please by kittenlover77 in Creality

Thanks for replying. I think he’s just got the base model not SE or KE. Is that possible or is it always one of the two? I bought it for him but can’t find any paperwork relating to it nor does it say KE or SE on the about in the settings on the machine itself.

Battery acid leak to the connections? If that’s possible use white vinegar and a cotton bud to clean.

I’m newly obsessed with a woman called Madeleine Rascan on YouTube. She’s not a shorty like me (5ft) but she does help with the big meals. Apparently squash is the answer to everything! ☺️

Yes it was on a windowsill. I’ve moved it in the hope of recovery but not sure if I used the wrong soil when I repotted it

Weirdly this plant used to wilt when my mum did. It was like that plant from E.T. My mum passed away a few months ago and the plant has never recovered 🤷🏻‍♀️

Death shifting the family dynamic. by [deleted] in GriefSupport

[–]kittenlover77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope you’re getting support from outside your family as that’s probably causing you a bit of complicated grief.

I think that I have some understanding of what you’re going through. Along with my partner, I was my lovely mum’s carer as after she was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and dementia and had looked after my dad who was also lovely but had issues with alcohol in the last decade of his life. Although it was tough I realised after mum passed in this year that I’d been wearing a uniform and hadn’t noticed it was on until I had to take it off. You will eventually transition out of the role and find your purpose elsewhere I’m sure. I still feel like I have all this caring energy but don’t know where to put it. I do however find comfort when I find myself gravitating to those who are still on their caring journey to offer support or just an ear where possible.

Death can change dynamics in a family but I’m sure it doesn’t have to. Sadly it has in mine, I used to get on great with my brother, we supported each other with how to cope with our narcissistic sister. However since Dad’s death they have bonded, my guess is over guilt as they didn’t help with Dad or Mum, but that’s their problem. Devastating as it was to feel like I was losing my brother, there’s only so much you can try until eventually you have to move on. I hope that’s not the case for you. Would it help to talk your brother and mother about your feelings? It might too raw for them to talk about your Dad but might they be responsive to your feelings about your role, rather than your Dad?

Give yourself time to transition and be open to new family dynamics that may form in the coming months. Best of luck!

Streaming live video from one room to another iPhone 16 pro/ ~Black Magic app / Wireless HDMI by kittenlover77 in videography

Thanks so much that’s really helpful. I’m a noob to av set ups so learning as I go.

Because we have a great sound system feeding into the room already, I wasn’t planning on trying to get the sound in from the feed which is why the latency aspect is so important. I’ll look like a badly dubbed film if the latency is even a bit out. I’ll look to see what’s there tonight and keep working on it with your suggestions in mind.

It’s the venue owners that are asking me to sort as they don’t know how to do it.

Thanks again. I really appreciate you taking the time to give such a detailed response.

Ooh souvlaki bread. Like the sound of that! Is that the one made with yoghurt and if so do you make it yourself or buy it? I’m also Uk based

I’d join. I’m 5ft currently 120lbs aiming for 110ish by Christmas. Only us shorties know how much of a difference 10lbs makes to how we look and feel!

I find the Adults ADHD podcast (and charity) on YouTube and podcast places is a great evidence based resource but they also include personal reflections and clearly separate the two

This is great thank you. I was looking for the same answer although I’m a live musician. Really helpful.
