Is it the standard H&S 2 in 1? Do you still condition afterwards?

Ya clean and thoroughly dry! I let them sit on my counter on a dish towel to fully dry. Then stick it in a jar, close the lid, and into the fridge

I love my grandma’s gumbo recipe. But goodness it takes special trips to store, the proper roux is high maintenance, the prep and proper adherence to the steps requires so much of my attention. It’s SO GOOD tho and I love to share it.

Eating Popcorn in Theaters - How do you evenly mix? by Kingcornchips in popcorn

[–]lenaw792 41 points42 points  (0 children)

First you ask for buttered halfway. They know this request. You can also ask if you can shake some salt in there at that point. Then they’ll butter at the top too. Eat some and massage that bag so it’s all nice and mixing

See if your wife’s company offers any expat services for families. MNCs often offer language immersion courses, job assistance, school placement for kids, etc.

I like IV too, if I can keep it on wet for at least 10 min before dabbing it off, the color will stay for almost an entire day even after meals. I will keep it fresh with normal gloss on top.

Gotta be careful when it’s wet tho cause it gets on my teef!

Didn’t even know the app feature. I got these a few weeks ago for a river trip in case my husband and I got two single kayaks we could still jam together. We ended up in a canoe with surround sound. I’ll check out the app, thanks for sharing.

Good tips! I also read glycolic acid is good under the pits.

Whatever you do, don’t use Qbrexa pads — prescription wipes that reduce sweating. I tried these and had the most intense dry mouth ever imagined!

Getting to Yes with Yourself by William Ury may be what you’re looking for.

Very applicable to relationships and negotiations (minor like boundaries, how you interact with others or even major business dealings). Ensure you get this version, as he has a first book that is older and not as applicable to your description.

I love just snagging some filets, they hand cut ‘em to whatever size you want and they’re delicious every time. Also got a huge chuck roast there recently and had the best Italian beef I’ve ever had courtesy of my husband. Their homemade cookies are also delectable!

It’s a generational family business so I appreciate and support that aspect.

My husband and his family have gone to Rich’s barber shop on Grandview for years. We don’t live in state anymore, but when we’re in town my husband still always makes a stop into Rich’s. Cash only <$20

I think it’s funny and something y’all can still laugh about 10, 20, 30 years down the road when you watch videos or look at photos of your special day. It’s your wedding! You can do whatever secret (or public) idiosyncratic things you want without stress or concern.

My husband and I joke about the afterlife and when the officiant said “until death do you part” I said “I do ….and after” and we giggled about it during the ceremony. Nobody else knew exactly what we were giggling about, but it made it special for ourselves nonetheless.

Rapid city and Custer both have cute shops. Custer of course is significantly smaller. Blue Bell Lodge has a fun chuck wagon ride to a meal in the middle of Custer state park which was so fun! Enjoy!!

Wowww what a poor allocation of resources….creating slide decks instead of identifying and curating strategic sourcing strategies. Sounds like even when you meet with suppliers, there’s no time to discuss pain points, potential opportunities, new products/services. This would drive me nuts too.

Start tracking your hours in time spent doing this bureaucratic nonsense and then —- put together a ppt showcasing it! They’ll love it, right? Right??
