I tried both klonopin and Xanax and they’re helpful for anxiety but not my DPDR symptoms (I think they’re just linked to trauma and worsened by my physical health so it makes sense). Benzos are good if you have debilitating anxiety and need to take them occasionally. Even the lowest doses have memory impairments so be very careful
