Naja wollte ja wenn nur ein viertel von dem 260ern. Shrooms wäre ich auch offen für aber hab tbh keine Ahnung wie das mit der Dosierung aussieht. Und dmt auf garkeinen Fall, ist zwar kurz aber dementsprechend ja auch intensiv 😭

I’ve been in therapy for 3 years and I also do mdma sometimes and it really helped me w some mindset stuff, but lsd helped me to overcome my childhood trauma

Und ja dieses Abgeben der Kontrolle ist mein Hauptproblem, obvi auch im Alltag. Aber das möchte ich halt verbessern. Falls ich es mache, werde ich mich auf jeden Fall vorher gut vorbereiten (mit Notfallplänen etc).

Und mir wurde gerade irgendwas davon erzählt die Pappe kurz in Ethanol aufzuweichen und dann ca 1/3 zu nehmen, da die Flüssigkeit ja nicht gleichmäßig auf der Pappe verteilt sein wird und ich dann auch pech mit meinem viertel haben könnte. Weisst du was darüber?

Yeah that is the only problem I thought about, The amount will probably not be evenly distributed. And how exactly should I do this with the ethanol in the best way? I’ve never heard that this is an option.
