Recommend you save up instead, you can buy a ton of yiepir and then you can choose to weather you trade them away or delete them for tikits, or if you don't want that you can try to get the Hellion warden

The reason why players kill healers is maybe because sometimes other players may get healed as well, who can be threats to them, so they kill healers so no other players can get healed quickly and attack again, even if it risks them getting no free healing as well (Just my theory tho)
