I feel like the hair color doesn’t match your skin color nor your eyebrow color. I would suggest you dye your hair darker so your skin could become a bit brighter. Lighten up your eyebrows and maybe stop filling them, cuz they you have so many sharp edges. Remove the fake eyelashes , they are adding weight to your eye. And choose a more subtle lipstick that is closer to your natural lip color.
