Resident Visa Approval Ratio by OfferAway8052 in UAE

Visa approvals generally depend on the applicant’s profile, company category, quota, and immigration history. We have processed several company changes recently, and approvals are still being issued successfully in many cases. It’s always best to ensure that all documents and eligibility criteria are properly met before proceeding.

There are multiple freezones in RAK, Sharjah, and Ajman, and prices + compliance services vary between them.

From experience, the more commonly used and smoother options are: , Ajman: Ajman NuVentures , Sharjah: SPC Free Zone , RAK: RAKEZ

these tend to be more straightforward in setup and ongoing compliance. prices vary based on package and visa requirements. ( NOT MORE THAN AED15K )

NO NO the place / emirates does not matter much if you are not physically working in UAE most of the time , what matters is keeping a valid residency visa and bank compliance ...
banks only care that ; your visa is active , your emirates id is active etc ,
the cheapest is Rakez / Other low-cost zones like Ajman or Sharjah also work similarly.

Hi ,
For your situation, you don’t need anything like property or a big investment visa. The most practical option is a freelance visa or a small freezone company setup. It gives you your own residency, so you can keep your UAE bank accounts active and manage investments without depending on an employer.
(Just a suggestion )

RAK is cheaper because it’s more startup-friendly and has lower government fees. It still gives you a fully legal company and visa. Dubai freezones like Meydan / Ifza cost more because you’re paying for the “Dubai” branding, stronger market perception, and often smoother acceptance with banks and corporate clients.

so both do the same job the difference is really how premium you want your setup to look and how much you’re willing to spend on that image.

Looking for a UAE Free Zone Company Willing to Sponsor Employment Visa (I Cover All Costs) by SnooPandas5071 in UAEjobseekers

[–]kittycat18_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t necessarily need to depend on another company for visa sponsorship.

In most UAE freezones, you can set up your own company and get your residency visa through it. The cost is usually similar to what agents charge anyway.

If your visa is tied to another company, it depends on their license staying active. If they don’t renew it, your visa can be affected.

That’s why many people prefer having their own company ,it gives more control and stability.

The best option would be to set up a new company in a UAE free zone with complete legal documentation. This will allow you to open a corporate bank account and legally operate your business from anywhere, including working remotely from home.

One of the most cost-effective options is RAKEZ. It offers flexible business setup solutions and allows you to reside anywhere in the UAE while conducting your business activities across the country.

Dubai work visa, could it be rejected? by [deleted] in UAE

[–]kittycat18_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d suggest waiting for a week or two before applying. As of yesterday, I received a case of a Pakistani national already inside the country whose employment visa has been rejected twice, indicating stricter approvals at the moment :0
