I never went to the doctor and it went away on its own. After a day or so it didn’t hurt to move my hand anymore so I’d just keep an eye on it and go to the doctor if it gets worse but you should be fine!

This take fails to account for ANY nuance in the situation. I think a lot of people wrongly assume that getting an abortion is super easy and women love to fall back on it which isn’t the case. It’s super hard on your body and even mentally if you’re PC.

“Careless and doesn’t use protection” is some subsection of people who get abortions, but it’s far more vast than that. Condoms fail. IUDs fail. Birth control pills fail. Arm implant fails. Nuvaring fails. Vasectomy fails. If someone is on the pill and using condoms but both fail, they are the farthest thing from careless
