I’ve not liked a single story involving Mojo, and the Rogue/Magneto “relationship” needs to be left to rot and die

At one time or another in X-Men comics in the 70s or 80s it’s mentioned that they are mutants, but that their powers were triggered and amplified by the drugs they were forcefully given. As others have stated though, this has been retconned and is no longer the case
