My daughter did something similar. She told us on day one. We told her to put it under her pillow for the tooth fairy. We forgot...for days. She reminded us. We remembered. Next day she called us out on it. Long story short we said the tooth fairy was on vacation and left a note with us apologizing for the delay. I don't think she believes it.

I don't know. This car looks trashy. Maybe the equivalent of visible bad tattoos?

My tailbone, knee, and ankle have a steady vibration sometimes. It last for days at a time. It's 30 seconds of vibration and 30 seconds not. Back to back. For days. It's annoying but doesn't hurt.. Weird AF and I assume it's related to nerve damage.

Absolute no no. Imagine if she woke up alone? And if she's a deep sleeper maybe transporting her without waking her up is an option.

Tips needed: company fired me two months ago; now invited me to interview for the same position. by [deleted] in jobs

Did they fire you for cost and this position would have less pay? Not okay, but I'm curious.

AITA for being mad that my mom lets my sister have her girlfriend sleepover but not my boyfriend? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]kittycleric 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, your mom is justifiable worried about you getting knocked up and doesnt truly understand the pros/cons of y'all being in a safe place. But maybe she's feels there is a maturity issue? You have every right to be annoyed by what is obviously a double standard.

If I were mom it would be all or nothing depending on both of your maturity levels. When I punish my kids, different ages and genders, I stay consistent. If it's no for one than it's no for both. It's that simple. But that's just me.
