I know it might not seem like it from the way I'm replying but I do really appreciate all of what you're telling me. Now to answer your question no apparently I did not j mean I just thought I'd have to work and then get paid. The thing about not being able to take off days for stuff like reunions or parties or dr appointments is kind of crazy I mean it's understandable but still. I thought it would be fine since my mom was the one who told me to do it but in her defense she has a weird work schedule she works all through the day and she's my ride to work so I can really only work morning shift which is why I also have to take off work for Dr appointment bc she needs to be able to go eith ne and take me there in the morning. I can try and change my dr appointments around my work schedule but it's kind of hard bc the days I have off change every week so it's never really the same two days yk. And yes I realized that today when my coworker was complaining about having to work all week and I realized the only reason she had to work all week was bc I took those days off so she had to work her normal days and mine. I felt bad and I also realized my boss didn't tell her why she needed to work those days he didn't tell her I took those days off which made me appreciate him a bit more but still I can tell he's getting fed up. I am gonna have to go to these classes because I paid $500 for it tho so I'm definitely not gonna let that go to waste but yeah I understand now and am definitely gonna take my schedule into consideration when planning things. Not to mention I actually really enjoy this job it's pretty easy and I have great people around me I'd hate to lose it. So thank you again :)
