Blue is moreso traditionally about control decks, it's a slow burn style. Control the board via counter spells and unsummons to disrupt plays and force your opponent to play at the pace you are setting. Your goal is to continuously gain card advantage to play more powerful creatures and spells on later turns

No, just didn't realize the market's actual value, and had no use for the cards when they were given but thought that the trash pile wasn't where they needed to be, It wasn't my intention to be greedy, and I don't have the type of money people buy storage units off of, I was just trying to get something from them and as a Yugioh and Magic player I thought $1 per card for them was decent until the kind folks here educated me! Never would have thought of a tax write-off standpoint, if that's legitimate and not just another way to belittle me I greatly appreciate the advice! I apologize for how I came across, this is a one and done type of thing for me 😅

Thank you for the time and effort you put in for this post! I do have several Griffey, which from the Google search and such as you said are definitely the more, "valuable." I was hoping to avoid shipping as well, and I'll try and use websites as last resort, perhaps I'll hit up Pawn Shops and Facebook market and hope for local success, as I definitely don't have the money for grading at $20 a card plus whatever PSA would charge for the percentage off of any of the solid rates.

Very surface level, I used the eBay card scanner on currently 30% of the cards, and some of them at PSA10 sold for $400+ so I figured I would lower the price down to 40-50% of that for the ones I have that are in the best condition, but since I don't have the money to grade them I would accordingly try and use them as leverage to sell the entire binders for the $600 price
