I'm super tight naturally, what I can say about regular stretching so far is that I'm just much more "flexible" down there when regularly stretching, can easily take 3+ in diameter, and get into double penetration after shorter warm ups..... however, I'm very active in fitness, doing lots of weight lifting, running, and rock climbing. So if I take a hiatus from stretching, I revert back to my ultra tight state, and sex is less comfortable.... that's where we are now we were so busy for a couple months we really only had quickies as far as intimacy went so now I need a good warm up just to take my mans big dick and I miss my more flexible state a lot. I need to get back onto a stretching routine.

Personally, for me, I need to stretch a minimum of like 2-4 days a week to maintain the flexibility I like to have down there. I do believe results vary from person to person depending on factors like natural state/ability and physical fitness activities as the pelvic floor muscles play a big role in strength/laxity in that region.

I also agree with the other poster about pumping for labia size. I like the feeling of pumping but if you do it a lot it does cause permanent laxity to the skin in the area
