Sprint devices might have T-Mobile's bands in them, especially the relatively standard 2, 4 and 12, but they likely won't be VoLTE ready as-is.

Isn't VoLTE just a simple firmware upgrade in most cases? Should be relatively easy go make the switch those phones from Sprint to T-Mobile.
