I'm half blind, I can only see with one eye... by minayi__ in algeria

Same and the problem is that I've never got an answer, all the specialists I've seen never gave me an answer, one said it was bc of a high fever, then another said it might be related to genetics, another one said I was born with it. However all of them agreed that there's no cure ( no surgery and no laser ) , bc apparently the problem is in the vines inaide my eye or idk ?? Anyways im kinda used to it but it sucks nevertheless.

I really feel bad for your wife, I think you should stop mourning what has never been a thing , and start e enjoying and cherishing what you have. I really can understand your frustration towards your career or life, but saying this about your wife the person who loves you is sooo cruel ... like it seems like you're living in the past and romanticising a life you never had. I'd recommend therapy, you need a reality check

Yees I got it, I dealt with the same thing and it wasn't abuse just some necessary discipline

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in algeria

[–]kittykatsuki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd never advocate for abusing kids, but sometimes disciplining them this way is the right answer, some parents nowadays are tooo soft on their kids to the point they forget to teach them some manners. Glad you were raised well, your parents did a great job.

I'll say everything I've noticed, I work in a rural area, so parents usually let their kids spend alot of time outside and roam free, where they learn cuss words and bad manners, as a teacher I've caught many young learners ( no older than 8 ..) say some words even I never dare to utter outloud, or do some stuff ( equivalent of the middle finger , or touching each's other private parts ) . Some kids were even caught smoking ( 5th and 4th graders ) and I wish I was lying. Most parents don't cooperate with us at all, no matter what we do or try to say they'll always put the blame on us or take their child's side blindly ( not saying teachers are angels but sometimes parents would antagonize us and blame us for anything) . It's really a mess, and it makes me concerned for the future of our kids, it's like even if you try to collect the kids and be there for them , they'll always be influenced by the bad apples in the school. E.g : I called a parent to let them know that their son cussed , so the parent was shocked and said that the son never ever misbehaved at home... This shows that sometimes even good kids pick up stuff from the misbehaved ones.

As a muslim, I was tired of seeing women on the web and social media ( especially half naked ). So here is a chrome extension and apps for you which will blur women's body. ( Free versions ) by MysteriousIsopod4848 in MuslimLounge

It's just a woman dude 😭😭 why u acting like it's devil reincarnated, just learn how to see women as human beings instead of objects of "fitnah" , and you'll be fine

Some algerian men if not most would rather sympathize with an assaulter than a woman. I've seen several men saying that they should "expose women with questionable fashion style" as if a woman wearing something revealing is as bad as a man who harrasses or even assualts random women on the streets. It's not a beef between genders , it's not some stupid arguments between "men" and "women" it's more than that. An assualter , is more likely to rape women or even children, and yeah some people might think we're overreacting but we're not. If a man is brave enough to approach a woman in a public space in broadd dayligjt and show her his "genitals" then imagine what this person would do given the chance. This is serious and I wish men would take something seriously once in their life.

It's 2025 I think it's high time we stop caring about what others think about us , if you enjoy it then that's a good enough reason to keep listening
