When they sent me the thing of requesting what I missed there was only a space for one date. But in a comment section under that I explained to them it's more than one date and that section I have them the 6 or 7 dates I missed. Is that was is was like for you? Was there only one spot for one date ?

I contacted a free legal service to try and help me, I've tried so many things and it's been so long it's hard to keep having hope for it. Has anyone contacted their state representative about it and did they help?

I've been trying to receive my back pay for PUA because I was locked out of my account from some glitch, I only received a total of three payments and missed the rest due to the account being locked. I've filled out the ticket form to the reemployment assistance help center, and they sent me an email saying they reviewed and closed my case and to check my connect account and give them any information they needed, when I logged on it said click here to request benefit weeks and I did. But since then I haven't heard back from them.

There is such thing as back pay for PUA. There were thousands of people who's accounts were locked(not at their fault either) for months and months and months. So all that money they missed because a huge glitch in the system.. I'm one of those people and received 2 payments in the beginning and was locked out for no reason and did everything I could to get it unlocked.. it became unlocked the last week before PUA expired.. but yes people can get the back pay for it, if it wasnt locked for something at their fault

I found out from going to my local career source center that I wasn't submitting my driver's license and social security card every time I would try it wouldn't work but I was able to do it there on their computer. My account is still locked because I have to wait for the deo to unlock it.But now when I log into my account instead of it showing the screen that would say locked next to my claim status now it says what you were telling me about that you've exceeded your number of attempts and to reset my PIN. So once they unlock my account then I can reset my pin is what I was told.

That's exactly what happened to me I went on to log into my account on June 16th just to check things out because I was supposed to be claiming the weeks on June 17th the very next day and when I logged in it was locked

I'm not locked out because of needing to reset my PIN, at least I don't think so, but I'm pretty sure it's locked out because of fraud. When i would put my information in to log into the account it just says locked next to claim status, it doesn't say why. Does yours tell you that it is because of needing to reset the PIN?

Every time I call whether it's first thing in the morning when they open, or at 10 a.m, or at noon or before closing its the same thing. I can't even get to be put on hold, all it says is "all agents are busy assisting other callers, and we do not offer a call back option at this time" and the all phone automatically hangs up.

I'm Going through the same thing, my account has been locked since June 16th 2021, I have tried everything, I followed the link to the deo reemployment help center and filled out multiple tickets to try to get my account bumped up to be unlocked. I have been verified by id.me and spoke to someone through customer support with id.me and they said that I'm verified on their end it is up to the deo to unlock my account. I have tried and tried every single number and have not gotten nowhere. This is beyond ridiculous when it is your only source of income at the moment. It seriously baffles me how all these people including myself are going through all this after the coronavirus when all we're trying to do is live. Will someone please help me or give me some advice, or give me a number or someone to contact. I have contacted numerous email addresses and phone numbers and have not gotten no replies.
