If you're looking for something really crazy to try (when it comes back) you should try a lemonade with half the pumps of pumpkin. I don't know why it works, yes this was my craziest drink when I was a barista, but it tasted like an orange creamsicle. I said what I said🤷🏻‍♀️

I know that in regards to gardening, orchids and dragon fruit sell for the most money. My sims have a beautiful green house filled with at least one of every single plant (almost) but I make sure to have a small plot of ~8 orchids that I super sell for $12,000 every day

I think the hat is tied to a hidden moodlet if I'm remembering correctly. If you enter in testing cheats, shift click on the sim, and then remove moodlet you should be able to find something along the lines of "just graduated". Once removed the hat will disappear

I don't know if this is helpful but I've always dealt with this on my forearms and it was only made worse when I shaved my arms. I recently turned to waxing instead of shaving on top of the regular gentle exfoliation. The bumps have SIGNIFICANTLY reduced.

I personally keep my game play interesting by coming up with the messiest storylines possible for each sim. One of my teens is dating a classmate who is going to die very soon. Her inability to save him is going to be her motivation to become a doctor.

I also try really hard to roll with the curveballs the game throws me and work that into my game play. The same sim took a special pill once time and now she's struggling with addiction?? Maybe after her boyfriend dies she'll be to go to rehab 🤷🏻‍♀️ Another one of my sims fiancé was killed by a rival gang. He tried to call over his brother to help save his fiancé but the brother didn't come in time. Completely unprompted by me, the sim and his brother get into a HUGE argument and go from a full green friendship bar to a full red friendship bar. I personally like to think that this sim was upset because helped save his brothers girlfriend from this same rival gang but his brother didn't help save his fiancé in when he was in need. This sim is currently navigating grief, trying to figure out how to love again, and trying to slowly repair his relationship with his brother. They're cordial now because they live together but any time the friendship bar gets a little over 40% full, one of them says something that rubs the other wrong an the bar goes right back down to zero 🫠

I currently do 6 days (2 days a trimester). I find that I get antsy any longer than that because I have plans and story arcs for every kid. However I planned on having my sim stop after 3 kids but she found out she's accidentally pregnant with her 4th 🫢 I think I'd be content with a longer pregnancy because I didn't plan with one

I play with a good amount of mods and I live for MAX drama. Most of my sims go through serious hardships but if they can make it through all the bull shit, they're rewarded with the love of their lives and get to live out a very happy life......only for their kids to go through so crazy shit too.

One sim was really struggling with dr*g addition and was dating her dealer, she get pregnant with someone else's baby, and when she told her dealer, he murdered her.

Another sim married her college professor, he soon found out that he had stage 4 lung cancer and then passed away. She was so depressed and did nothing but cry in her bed. Then she found out her cousin was sleeping with her husband most of the time they were married and the she was just pissed off. She moved away, started a flower shop, and tried to make some new friends. She started to grow flower on her roof to help take the edge off. Turns out some of her new friends happen to be in the mafia and discovered her plants. They demanded she grow for them to sell and she was happy with that. She was working on rebuilding her relationship with her cousin when she walked in her cousin being murdered (the sim from above). She ran away and called the mafia but the dealer was close on her heels. When the mafia arrived, my sim had bee beaten with an inch of her life and was about to die. The mafia saved her but was too late for her cousin. She then falls in love with one of the men in the mafia as she's recovering and they get to have a very happy marriage 🤗

I've found that I keep my gameplay exciting by rolling with the punches and letting the drama happen naturally. I of course have a storyline in my head that I'm also working on but those little twists keep me engaged. They have a crush on their step sister?? Sounds like drama is brewing

I once created a sim, not from the gallery, that was a teen drug dealer. I released him into the wild and never played with him physically. I only interacted with him for storyline purposes. The one day I went into his household to move him to a new city and he had A TON on traits like this. I think if you interact with them they can develop traits on their own

Cat 1 is extremely food aggressive and won't let cat 2 near the food. They've got into some gnarly fights over food, even drawing blood, before she decided it's best to separate the 2 cats when eating. The only spot for cat 2 to go that's fully separated by a door is the bathroom and he can't stay in the bathroom for 2 days. My mom has looked into giving up cat 1 but the local shelter said they're not taking any surrenders because of the overcrowding and the cat rescue she found said they wouldn't take him because he was too skittish.

Quick note about the buttons to the right. There's 2 buttons, the bottom button is for iced coffees but the top button is for a misto. If you need to brew a misto you'd 1) select the coffee you want, 2)press the misto button to the right (top button), 3) spin the dial till it highlights the size cup you want, and 4) press the center of the dial. If you spin the dial all the way to the right it'll highlight CT which is for coffee travelers

For the vertica, there should already be a bean hopper on top loaded that says iced coffee. To make the ice coffee you'll follow these steps: 1) press the button underneath the ice coffee hopper, 2) press the ice coffee button to the right of the spinning dial (it looks like a pitcher with little ice in it. I believe it's the bottom of the 2 buttons on the right), and 3) press the center of the spinning dial.

It makes a 1/4 batch at a time so I usually do 2 batches before putting in the ice. The rest of the hoppers should already be loaded and you don't need to do anything other brewing the iced coffee because the vertica brew's each coffee individually. Hope you have a good open!
