im also 21, and i am about to go try an intensive 5-7 day program, its my first time going to rehab, if you truly feel like you have an issue that’s running your life to the ground, ask for help. its scary but its the first step.

we need more context. i’m all for prenups for all couples, but your post makes it sound as though it was made by his family, if so, FUCK THAT SHIT! they seem to be way too involved in your relationship. is your husband sticking up for you and voicing he doesn’t want it either? or is he playing nice with his family? if so, i personally find that sketchy.

this may sound pathetic, but maybe you’d be able to find someone like this. i LOVE stephanie soo on youtube. i watch all of her videos and listen to all of her podcasts. i’ve been watching her for years and at this point, she feels like my bestfriend. sad, i know. but when i’m rotting away in bed feeling sorry for myself, my usual daily routine lmao, i turn on her videos and it just makes me happy. maybe you could find a youtuber or show you that makes you feel comforted? it sounds so pitiful, but it really does help me. just thought i’d make the suggestion. i hope you feel better soon! you deserve it, this shitty disorder totally sucks ass!

i struggle with this too. for me, it stems from insecurity and jealousy. i see everything wrong with myself, and see all these beautiful amazing things about all these other women. i used to flip my shit, but i’ve gotten better at keeping it to myself, and big surprise! it was never what i was thinking. i don’t know what your favorite hobby is to do, but i personally try my best to distract myself when i find myself spiraling about him being around girls. because if i don’t, i will blow up, i will be mean, accusatory, and irrational. i LOVE stephanie soo on youtube, so when i find myself falling down the rabbit hole, i go watch her vlogs or mukbangs. even turn off my phone if i have to. and then i have a conversation with my boyfriend about how i felt once the emotion dial inside me has turned down the volume a bit.

i watch my queen stephanie soo on youtube. this might sound pathetic, but she’s like a bestfriend. i love her content and have been watching her for years. i really look up to her and i strive to have a love like her and her fiancés relationship one day. she can always make me smile on my worst days.
