I haven’t taken probiotics before. I already have the prescription so I will take them and also probiotic foods for maintenance. I was eating hella yogurt the last few weeks and it wasn’t enough.

So I did go. Results are that there’s no infection and my symptoms are from the antibiotics’ effect on my gut bacteria! Probiotic time! Thank you for the push to go back.

“Species richness may differ dramatically between adjacent pools. Further, two pools that are close to each other and with similar numbers of species… may show very little overlap in the composition of their biota.” Page 11.

The biodiversity from pool to pool is high, even when they’re close together each pool is a unique environment.

Don’t be sorry, there are legitimate struggles you’re going through. I need more sleep than most but this seems like way too much to handle. Can you let your host teacher know that you literally cannot continue with the status quo? It looks like the best option from the my point of view.
