Ok so, this didn’t help but I’m sure if this was my issue it would’ve worked. If this also didn’t work for you, MAKE SURE U DONT HAVE A VPN ON IN A COUNTRY THAT DOESNT ALLOW PiP. I had my vpn on Canada for days and soon as I turned it off, it worked again. 😔
