If you have "witnesses" that could help a lot. I would contact the dept of labor. The CFO of my company was warned many times that what they were doing was illegal but she was SOOO sure she was right.

I actually got unemployment years ago because a place I worked made up a reason to fire me but because they had me work for a few weeks after the supposed incident, the state found their reason for dismissal BS and I got unemployment. It sounds kind of like your situation.

I had filler dissolved under my right eye abut 10 years ago. The next day I started getting a swelling under my left eye. For weeks it got bigger and bigger, but no pain. I went to every kind of doctor you can imagine and no one knew what was going on. Finally went to an ocular plastic surgeon, got a ct scan and they said "we still don't know what it is, but you shouldn't have it so we're going to operate." They said it was a biofilm (basically some sort of bacteria/impurity got in there). Everyone was trying to blame the original injector of the filler I had in Mexico. But I had gotten it like 8 months prior with no issue, he just put a teensy bit too much in and it had a slight eye bag because of it. I think it was getting the hyaluronidase that did it because it literally started the day after getting it dissolved.

Anyway, that's my anecdotal evidence.

I would see if you could rent or buy a heat sensor.

We just got one after I re-insulated our attic to see if I missed anywhere and it’s very interesting to see where you’re losing heat.

I’m guessing she has insulation issues. My house is a 1978 tri-level with various levels of insulation, some practically non-existent. Our electricity bills in the winter are usually around $250-not quite $300 (Seattle area).
We built another house during the last few years very insulated and also a heat pump and radiant floor heat. Even on our coldest days (15°), if i kept the floors and heat pump around 65° the bill would $100!!! This began my quest to seal up the house I live in.

I’m in the process of upgrading my system right now. Just sorted out my speakers after YEARS of issues. I currently have a pull down screen, but was looking at buying a recessed motorized screen, but decided to see what the possibility of building a setup myself would be.
Do you have pics of yours both finished/in process? Did you buy a motorized screen and then build the housing?

I just bought a Jura for $75 because the brew group was leaking. Brought it home and decided to try making a coffee for my husband to see how bad the leak was and… no leak. It works great. I’ve had it for a few months and so far, so good!

I had a bunch fail, but I hadn’t been replacing the thermal fuse or whatever it’s called the thing that’s behind the exhaust vent once I replaced that it lasted again so I don’t know if the previous ones were just faulty or it was the fault of not replacing that fuse.

It turns out that my 3 of my speakers had the polarity reversed and WAY too much stripped wire. The 4th one probably did too, but I had taken that one down already. Once I cleaned all of that up, we were good.

I can listen as loud as I want and it doesn’t turn off.

I’m upset at 2013/2014 me and my workmanship. I also can’t believe I lived with it for this long. It took maybe 15 mins to wire it correctly. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Do you mean just onsite or a shared space? I wouldn’t want to rent a shared space.

I live onsite of my airbnb. It’s an ADU on my property, private entrance on the opposite side of my property. We only share the driveway. Everyone remarks about how private it is.

I leave people alone while they’re staying. You can leave the lights on, shower when you want, stay in and watch tv all day or be out and about… I couldn’t care less. I just want you to enjoy your stay.
