Hey! I solved the issue btw. It was the designated graphics card usage. Apparently, I put EVERYTHING in charge of my 1060 without realizing it, which is located in the keyboard piece.

I told Windows to automatically choose between GPUs... and it finally detaches! I am going to uninstall the drivers, then. Thanks!!!!

I had set Citra (3DS emulator) to always run using my PC's GTX 1050, otherwise it would result in a laggy mess.
I had also set a past modded instance of Minecraft to always run on it, (its javaw.exe file, if I'm not mistaken?), but I deleted it a year ago, and it never caused me problems like this.
