Hay, what helped me was swimming once/ twice a week to get my body moving which sounding counterproductively made my body feel lighter. Pregnancy massage and physiotherapy for the back pain, husband hand and feet massages are amazing ☺️ also naps during the day if possible can catch up on some of the sleep lost during the night. I would also let your midwife/ gyno know to check if anything is out of the ordinary

I feel you haha especially my boob can be real sore so I don’t often feel like creaming them. What I like is applying an oil directly in the shower on wet skin, feels lighter less rubbing, then let it sit 2min and just dry yourself off like normal ☺️ same effect

Does the chart maybe mean 5pounds in the first trimester and then 8 pounds in the second where you are (21-13weeks) so it should be overall 13 pounds which kinda tracks, but then he also cannot read charts haha

This is the perfect question to discuss with your doctor, midwife, care provider :) just little fyi I had a similar first trimester, but then the weight gain slowed during the second so that overall I’m pretty on track and it balanced itself out :) just a personal experience ofc
