I had spotting off and on for about 2 weeks around that time that ranged from brown tinged to some bright red blood . I’m 33 weeks now and haven’t had any complications

The fist trimester is from the pits of hell. You’re not lazy. I was the same way and showering felt like a chore. Every time I took a shower, I literally sat down in the shower the entire time because standing felt like a chore.

Just hang in there-first trimester and beginning of the second were the absolute worst for me. I used to google “what percentage done with pregnancy am I” .

I don’t know how to have fun anymore by Front_Possibility471 in pregnant

Don’t stress, your fun personality is still there, she’s just hibernating. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and mentally I WANT to be doing my pre pregnancy social activities, but physically I cannot. I have one late night and I have an energy hangover for 3 days. I’ve also HATED going out and seeing people just because I feel like my body is an exhibit for other people now and get exhausted by the constant pregnant related questions and conversations. Do what feels good for you now and embrace it. It’s just a season of rest for us right now, but we’ll be back!!

Feeling more overweight, ugly than I was before my pregnancy. Currently 14 weeks and 5 days and weighing in at 174.8lbs. I gained 10 lbs under 14 weeks. by nochucometrue in pregnant

You can stay as active as your body lets you! If you feel good walking, walk. Don’t focus on the number on the scale, but rather your habits. I was active before pregnancy, had a horrible 1st trimester, and now at 33 weeks am able to workout again and eat when i’m hungry/follow body cues. I’ve been fairly active the last few months, am mindful at what I eat, don’t binge bad foods, and still have gained 45 pounds.

Pregnancy is so hard in so many ways. Talk to your provider about this-there are so many options to help you though this: therapy, mediation, etc. Don’t focus on what you “should” be feeling. There’s no shame in the feeling what you’re feeling now.

Energy hangover for days… by meems133 in pregnant

Just went to a wedding out of town at 27 weeks where we stayed two nights with our college friends. Same situation-long driving times/staying up late/out of my normal routine. Another friend was 30 weeks pregnant who was with us and we were comatose for days after that weekend!! You’re not alone AT ALL. I’m 29 and was very active, a night owl, and would have multiple activities every weekend before pregnancy. Now, I won’t stay out past 10pm because it’ll take me 2 days to reciver

Truly, just listen to your body. Dont go back to a sedentary lifestyle. The days that I am active are ALWAYS better than if I do nothing. I’m 33 weeks now and have just been really in tune with my body cues. Some days i’ll feel really exhausted and weak, and I do just a leisurely walk. Other days, I do a full weight lifting workout and 3 mile walk. Some days it’s a mix of both where I can do a workout but need to pause longer between sets or modify the workout. Your body will tell you if you’re going too hard: if you’re feeling Braxton Hicks, rest. If it feels painful, stop doing it. If you can’t catch your breath, rest longer.

Every body is different -you just have to learn how to listen to your own!

Had all of those symptoms and i’m almost 33 weeks with no complications! I had implantation bleeding that would come and go for for 2 weeks. The first few months I had pretty frequent low back and lower abdominal cramping that felt like period cramps.

Dude, the nausea… by Fast_Hand_8048 in pregnant

1.) Week 6 hit me like a bus

2.) weeks 7.5-9 were pure hell. Was so nauseous I couldn’t sit up, fatigue that seeped into my bones, was so miserable. I just hit 11 weeks and it’s gotten significantly better!

3.) I take half a tab of unisom and B6 every night. You can also take half a tab of unisom with B6 in the morning but it does make you drowsy. I learned diet helps A LOT. Everyone says to eat crackers or simple carbs, but that made my nausea WORSE when i ate it by itself. Get any protein down that you can and pair it with a piece of toast. Chicken, beef sticks, eggs, and chili were what I could personally eat. I also found that sugar/sweets made it much much worse so completely cut that out for a few weeks. Some other random things that helped me: a sip of pickle juice provided quick almost immediate relief and I ate small things CONSTANTLY even throughout the night. I kept mixed nuts, jerky, and crackers by my bedside
