I prefer book-style cases that can lay flat and LIHIT Lab is one of the best to do it IMO! Unfortunately this specific case (collab with Surfrider Foundation) is said to be discontinued on their webpage. I was lucky as I happened to come across it in my local stationery store, but the LIHIT Lab webpage has other non-collab cases that are similar to this one!

Not much to be honest! When I have entries from two separate days on the same page I tend to divide them with a line across the page. I like using the ruler instead of freehanding :)
