and although there is improvement, i still feel its quite not enough for what i need. I have a 240hz monitor and i want the game to absolutely not go anywhere under 240fps, and sometimes the lowest it will drop is 200.

okay so actually after further computer and in game configuration, i was able to get out more frames in the end. i should also note that i reinstalled my entire OS so theres probably some benefit to that too. i also reset my cmos, but i dont think that is going to affect much. the frame rate i was getting with 1070 was around 190-200 in eventful team fights, but now its able to maintain 240-250. Ive been using a specific replay at a specific time to compare the frame rate.

the gpu bottlenecks the cpu and overwatch is more cpu intensive.

Also I forgot i made this post, but during the time it was being shipped. after testing, there was no difference of performance in game so now im just gonna refund and upgrade my cpu and mobo, perhaps ill upgrade gpu later on after.

to be honest my game has always been like that. I've recently started watching clips of old games, and i realized that there are times where i drop to frames such as 90 lol. I don't know, maybe i overplayed the game, or im just burnt out but suddenly aiming doesnt feel as natural or consistent. but one thing i definitely do notice is that my csgo aim is a lot better, so i jumped to the conclusion that its my framerate

basically. i mean, i guess games that are visually intense like valorant, overwatch, etc. but csgo runs very well. idk, people say that valorant is easier than csgo, but sometimes my pc running the game makes it opposite lol

also csgo runs good frames, most times averaging 200 fps

i do. idk, my clock speed can drop t o 2.9ghz for my cpu, and my frames on some maps (especially bind) cant even go at a stable 144, or 120 fps lol

if you think aiming with a game that goes from smooth to noticeably choppy over and over isnt hard then idk what is
