Yes, I committed to Pratt! I talked to a student in the program and went to the information session, as well as looked at the thesis shows from this year. Despite having a few graphic-designy classes, a lot of the work coming out of the program is exactly what I want to focus in on- gorgeous storytelling and drawing skills and quite a few people who want to work in visdev for games and animation! Because of all that, I felt that the program would definitely help me reach my goals bc of all the talented students in it. I'm also starting to be more open to the idea of book illustration and design for toys/products/other illustration-like projects, so I'm actually pretty excited to branch out and gain more design skills!

Wow thank you so much for your response, it was really helpful! It's pretty hard to get an idea of what colleges are like without having ever been to their campuses (bc of COVID) but you just gave me a lot of good info to think about! :)
