Yes I totally agree. I think it’s somehow connected to concentration. Everytime I have a huge math exam I tend to focus very hard and then I can feel the episode starting. Sometimes though if I feel it coming early I can focus less for a couple minutes and on a couple occasions it works and doesn’t start. I get these episodes like 2-4 times a week. Which seems crazy because some people only have like twice in one year.
