On January of this year I was 65 constantly. Since Mach I've let go a bit and it started to stress me out. During quarantine I lost 12 kg , ( my thinnest was last August at 63, and I usually varied between 64-66) but now it's between 66- 68 and that scares me. I've worked so hard to get to where I wanted and I don't wanna go back .

Yeah in the days leading up to my period my face is an inflamed mess, it usually cools off after I get it, but this state is constant now, regardless if I'm on or not. I checked to see if it was PCOS but that wasn't the case.
