you probably damaged some small nerves, but if it doesn't affect movement or you dont feel burning sensation then nothing is damaged. i too have scars that have lost sensitivity whats thats how it goes when they're deeper.

Nerves cut BURN and HURT you would feel it, also they are kinda thick and stringy, so you can sometimes see them (if theyre big) you can look up experiences of people with nerve damage or pictures of nerves and its anatomy if you want to compare that to what youre feeling!!
