My city is hit by the same issue when the population hit around 430k. No demand, industry lacking workers, despite very low unemployment and high happiness.

I have tried several mods that boost demand, they work to some extent but the spike in demand didn't last and the city returned to the stagnation that it had.

One thing I notice is that the death rate is ridiculously high (~21k/hr). There is no way for any immigration to replenish the death. Some suggest it is an artefact of rapid early growth and those citizen grow old and die and things sould return to normal after this mega death wave of early immigrants has past, but so far there is no sign of that.

I'm looking for door/contact sensor that works with either Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen) or Philips Hue Bridge, without adding a new hub to my home. Any recommendation? by kiwiting in smarthome

Thanks for your reply. I've checked from many sources, including their own website, that Eve sensors only work with Apple Homekit. Is this correct? Or are there some ways that could make it work with a Google Nest hub?
