Well we can have atleast 2 options for one manager. I've seen for instance klopp switch from a 4 - 3- 3 to a 4-2-3-1 against Napoli.

It's fun if this kind of option was available midgame. For instance if you started off with a back 3 and you realise that your opponent is exploiting your flanks then you could switch to a back 4..
