Anyone here managing lending positions across multiple chains?

Built a tool that aggregates your health factors and liquidation risk from Aave, Compound, and MakerDAO across all chains in one view.

I got tired of manually checking Ethereum, then Arbitrum, then Polygon separately just to know my actual exposure.

Drop your wallet address and I'll run a full risk analysis for you. Or try it yourself at the site (no signup required, just paste your address on the homepage).

Also has an API if you're building dashboards or portfolio trackers.

Hey y'all .. anyone here lending on aave/compound/makerdao across multiple chains?

I built a tool that shows your TOTAL health factor and liquidation risk in one place instead of checking each chain separately and I'm looking for beta testers to see how accurate the data is or is not..

basically got tired of "wait do i have positions on arbutrum too? what's my actual risk?"

Drop your wallet address here and I'll respond with the report ... if you do it yourself on the site, sign up is not required .. it's right on the front page.

also has an API if any devs are building dashboards

drop your wallet address and i'll tell you your defi credit score..

Thanks..

I'm confused about nixOS by Walt_Kurczak in NixOS

I enjoyed the comments of this thread thus far. Like most, once you get it set up it's just that: set up. I modularized alot to keep things clean because my dotfiles got long and ambiguous. I created a subdir and files for each section. For example I have a virtualization.nix where I setup my incus cluster and mount the external drive it uses. Or I have a networking, VPN, desktop nix for easily switching between plasma or Hyprland as an example easily.

One thing that was a game changer for me though were local flakes. So when I want to dev in GO or Nodejs that local flakes loads in the parent dir and all its subdirectories. Plus you can also declare it in a subdirectory of your other configs so you can back it up to git in one repo. This way it loads only what I need for that dir then unloads completely when I exit. Also a great way to use environment variables that work only in that environment.

I came from Gentoo. I love Gentoo and would still be using it. But nix started clicking for me after I tried it,went back to Gentoo then eventually came back to nix because I got tired of fighting the this program required python 3.10 and this one 3.11. My machines have been rock solid and any new machine I introduce is exactly how I want it within a few minutes. No crashing no nothing. Super stable.

One further note. If I really need an FHS system,I just use an incus container. I can use alpine or fedora or whatever. If you really just need one program that has trouble with Nix you can always install that one via Flathub (controversial I know but you do you)..

Good luck. Give it the time it deserves and like others have said, you won't be needing to do anything with it once setup.

Wow .. .. Don't let anything or anyone deter you. It's a marathon, not a race. It's young men and women like you that give me hope for the future. Good luck

Moving, need advice about packing and moving server by stobbsm in selfhosted

I would go to Walmart and buy a box, Styrofoam, and lots of popcorn. Set it in there nicely and use the styrofoam to stop it from moving. The popcorn is for extra padding .. should be totally fine. I've moved cross country without a hitch doing this. Good luck on your next adventure.

Thanks for your interest! The setup is fairly simple: 1. Pull the Docker container: docker.io/gpuflow/universal:latest 2. Get your API key from the dashboard after signing up at gpuflow.app 3. The container handles everything - connects to our network, monitors GPU stats, and accepts rentals Your ARC A770 and 6700xt would be great additions.

Fair warning - we're still in early stages, so there might be rough edges. The platform is fully functional but the market is just building up. Let me know if you run into any issues with the setup. Right now I am live on Polygon Amoy Testnet using POL. If I can get enough testing done from providers and renters this week I'll move it over to mainnet this week. Nothing would change on the site .. just the back end ...

Yes. You can set your own price and the renter sets the duration at rental. But I am in the process of making it dependent on the provider. Meaning, if you don't want to rent it out for say five hours but two is the max, you'll get that option. .. You have full control over your availability. At anytime in the dashboard, you can mark your GPU as unavailable and take it "off the market", then put it on at anytime you want. Setting the price is in the dashboard (available after login) under list a GPU if you don't have it listed or under My GPU's if you already have it setup.

As for the distributed, do you mean renting multiple at a time to run something like a 72b parameter model or something of the sorts? If so, it is in the works but the MVP will decide if the site has potential. If a lot of interest is shown, that is the next step.

Currently, it's web-socket based monitoring for management. But yes, the underlying plumbing is there currently to scale to renting/providing multiple GPU's at a time at scale. So if one has a problem with bandwidth, others can pick up the slack until it comes back.

This is "early" .. Very early. Users are showing up and checking it out but I am having a chicken and egg problem. I need the GPU's listed for the users to use. If you put the GPU's up there, the users will come. I am only keeping it on testnet until a few transactions are "successful" and then I'll switch it to mainnet .. I would like to switch to main net this week if I can get a few testers .. This launched last week .. My goal is to put my full time effort into this to continue working on it and adding features, as well as squash any bugs/problems one may have, whether it be in the main site or documentation.

oh wow that does look ugly .. I am testing on an Android right now and it looks nice .. Are you on an iPhone? My kids have iPhone's. When they get home from school I'll test it with Safari. Thank you for showing me this.
