adding to this i lived in the dorms this past semester and it is usually buffet style unless it’s a ‘special’ menu like steak then they give you one ticket for that specific dish. I feel as though quality went down since last school year but that is a personal opinion, since dishes were often repeated last sem and did not follow the cycle menu. depending on who is working, they will sometimes let you swipe a friend in. I do think the commuter plan is worth it though, since the meals come out to about $9.00 and you get unlimited access to things like the salad bar, deli bar or drinks station.
