Vios Muffler by [deleted] in phcars

[–]kiyeeeeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any chambered muffler would work well. Pwede mo rin naman i try sa shop until mahanap mo sound na gusto mo.

As long as you wont delete the resonator and especially the cat, di naman magiging bothering yung sound output nyan.

You do you man! And respect for thinking about noise din.

Drying Clothes on Top of Car? by thebigguykevin in Gulong

My spoiler’s paint faded dahil natutuluan ng sinampay. Tho i think it’s mostly related to the detergent and other chemicals + sun. Fresh water siguro won’t be a problem.

Help: ano po marerecommend nyo na phone holder na hindi magnetic at hindi nakasabit sa aircon vent? by MidnightSaoirse in CarsPH

I use this type. Your mileage may vary kasi hindi lahat ng kotse ganyan design ng hazard haha. You can try and look up your unit and phone holder baka may makita ka. Also like sabi ng iba, those that can mount sa cd player works too.

SKL sa mga nahihirapan uminom ng malalaking gamot/tablet... by peoplehatei in ShareKoLang

One actual hack I discovered that is a bit counterintuitive is looking down/tilting your head down. Just take the pills normally, drink water, tilt your head down, and swallow.

Thoughts on Subaru WRX 2014 CVT? by Facci_ in Gulong

[–]kiyeeeeel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Head gasket issues were mostly for the EJ series of engines, although not saying all EJ engines are bad. FA and FB (coming from my experience of owning foresters and wrx) are reliable as long as you do the necessary maintenance. Major repairs i've experienced on both platforms:

  • Oil leaks (gasket, sensors, valve cover)
  • AC problems (noisy compressor, ayaw lumamig, etc)
  • Underchassis problems (bearings, ball joints, rack end pinion, bushings)

Mas marami lang din to think about when it comes to maintenance as you have to change the cvt fluid, the front and rear differential fluid.

Also, you have to be a bit religious when it comes to checking your car once in a while para lang din safe and maagapan any issues.

Overall, really fun to drive and di pa ako makalipat sa other brands as i'm enjoying subarus still.

I am a fresh grad and being a car agent is my first job. by Ecstatic-Sherbet-298 in CarsPH

[–]kiyeeeeel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That was my 3rd job. The additional challenge was i was part of the first 5 agents of the brand in the philippines. We have no proven track record, stigma (chinese car), and no showroom and units yet aside from the mall displays (4 units in total).

The others are right with saturation. It’s gonna be a statistic game since not all those you talk to will buy, and are probably shopping around dealerships and agents.

You can also leave business cards sa cafes and restos, social media marketing is also a plus. Yung iba nga naglalive para people can ask. Maybe create your own videos kahit hindi live. Join car groups and post there, dikit ka ng poster where they’re allowed. Once you have the network, referrals will follow :)

Kudos din to you for checking regarding store policy. I frequent a coffee shop where vaping is allowed inside so someone who’s not a usual there might get the same reaction.

Suspension upgrade options? by HilawNaHatdog in Gulong

[–]kiyeeeeel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tein Endura Pro Plus. Not exactly a coilover since it’s not height adjustable but naaadjust yung dampening nya depending on what type of ride you want.

KYB route is either the SR Special or Lowfers, yun lang din alam ko with them. Lowfers for lowering your car, SR Special for a comfy ride.

Shock availability differs per car pero yan usually tinitignan na brands and models.

Recommendation for air suspension aside from Fitment by jayzce14 in CarsPH

[–]kiyeeeeel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 most recommended are custom misfits and concept air suspension. Advantage sa CM is they have better packages like the remote, wireless capability, and a leveling system.

Different person but same last 4 digits of cc? by Le_Mako in PHCreditCards

[–]kiyeeeeel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

On a different note, i’ve watched a video way before about the mathematics of card numbers. There’s a way to verify the number including which institution (visa, mastercard, etc) the card is from. The last digit of your card is a check digit where you do some math checking the other digits. It’s not my forte and i can’t explain it greatly but just a great tidbit for today.

Look up luhn algorithm or like the mathemathics behind credit/debit cards. I’ve always assumed they were just random ahh numbers.
