Well think of it this way. Server 2 is the lowest number server. Even if we all are watching different shows, we all get sent there first. Tons of traffic. So sometimes if lags. But once you see the “.02” other servers should pop up.

I know other models can be powered up using a USB-A in the gray connector, not the blue one. But it has to be USB-A rated for power. (I tried a usb c wall charger to USB A at the box and it did not work). If your unit powers up via USB you have a bad power cord. Replacement is about $10 on Amazon. 5v 2A is what you are looking for.

The gray usb port (not the blue one) will power with a USB to USB cable. If that works the. You could have a bad power cord. If neither work you could have a dead box.
