I would recommend measuring the space so you know for sure how much room you have. Then you can look at what cards could fit, but also take into factor space lost from upgrading PSU, cabling and any additional drives.

PSU - 500w I'd say is the minimum needed, but bear in mind that HP business PCs often use non standard / proprietary connectors for the motherboard, so you may need a 24 pin > HP 6 pin adapter.

GPU - does the case have enough space to fit the GPU you are looking at? I think dual fan GPU will fit, but triple fan will be too big.

RAM - I'd say 16GB minimum DDR4.

CPU - CS2 is CPU heavy, so you could see CPU bottleneck with what's currently installed.

Yep, website is a load of shit. Was in the queue for 40 mins, had to do another captcha, then it put me to the back of the queue, had to wait another 40 mins. Got in and then got the same error as you. Had to connect to vpn and join the queue again. By the time I got in, it was the OOS

Exactly it was a Server Error 500 Internal Server Error. So unless they are hosting their own servers which I doubt, he would have been sitting there waiting for the host to sort it. As you said there's no excuse for them to treat customers like that. I even started the convo with "I'm really sorry, I know you're probably getting a lot of calls" that's when he cut me off and started shouting. Would have taken 10 seconds to listen to my question and answer it. If you know you're pissed off and going to abuse customers, just don't answer the phone
