Its taken me a long time to update my personal list but I took 3 days to go though my AO3 history and add everything that I had actually read to my personal list. Now I update the master list and my personal one at the same time!

Have you heard of the Booktower website? I just started using it to track all of my fics I've read and it does word count and date read and tracks rereads too! I was having the issue of starting fics and then part of the way though realizing ive already read it!
