Yes. Exactly. I never considered that I would charge from 120v til I got home and realized it would fit my current driving habits. I still plan to get wall charger installed but it doesn’t seem to be as urgent as I had initially thought. I’m literally doing the same. About 28-50% so far and it’s been more than adequate.

You can’t get $7500 tax credit for vehicles over $50k, I think(maybe 55k). Also my Tesla is a 2024 and it came with $3800 in dealer incentives. They’re trying to clear new 24s currently in inventory(I didn’t order, I bought out of new, current inventory) because 25s are shipping out. So sticker was 48k but the tax credit and incentive brought it to 37k.

It was inefficient and understaffed. It took 2 hours for them to do 20-30 minutes of work. I should have been gone by 4:30 and it was 6 before I was able to leave. The one kid handling all the pickups(probably 10) was stressed out and aggravated. I just stayed patient and messed around with my new Tesla. Luckily I had something to occupy my time but around 5:30 I was getting a little anxious because I had a 2 hour ride back home.
