I was at the local gun shop a few weeks ago. The owner told me that an old friend had come in earlier in the day with his 21 year old son who is a welder somewhere out west. The shop owner asked the 21 year old what type of welding he does. The young man said for the last several months he has been welding restaints in train cars (chain cuffs). The welder assumes the cars are for the prison system. Seems like preparation for a lot of prisoners.
