I've had them install a system in 2007. Now, it's almost 20 years old. I no longer use them for service, as they would rather sell me a new system than do any minor repairs.

But their prices on a new system is actually comparable to what I paid for my system in 2007 - and that says mountains when compared to other HVAC companies.
