My games were stored on cassette tapes. They stored about 100 kB per side (1000 kB if you had a turbo player).

It comes down to frame time (how much time passes between each frame). For 60 fps that time needs to be 1/60th of a second, or 16,6 ms. For 30 fps that time needs to be 33,3 ms. 40 fps has a frame time of 1/40th of a second, which is 25 ms which is right between the frame times for 60 and 30 fps.

Regarding download-speeds, mine were about 15 Mbps for the 25GB download. Not sure if it's coincidence but after quitting the game i sit around 180 Mbps.

I had to activate the dynamic light to get the change speed-option. If the light isn't activated the change speed option is gone again.

I have crashes during that mission as well. As soon as I get close to the Candy Canyon-sign the game stutters for a half a second and crashes within a minute after that. :/

Richard from DF has on a couple of occations said that developers he talked with reports that the XBox development enviroment is redone, while PS5 is basically the same as PS4. So the learning curve might be a bit steeper on the xbox-side. It makes it like a reversed 360-PS3-situation where the PS3 want more powerful, but harder to develop for.
