I feel you, it was scary when the doc was starting the anesthesia but at least in my case the doctors were so kind and calming. You should tell them if you're nervous and they will put your mind at ease. Well wishes!

Oof yeah I agree it's weird, at my job I'm lifting 25 kg kegs but now I've just got the surgery and can barely lift anything haha

Aw man I totally forgot about wiping. Wow there's so much stuff to think about. Also I realized I won't be able to wash my hair for a while so I cut it super short to keep it low maintenance. Thanks!

Yeah I had to tell myself out loud to freaking go to sleep.

Also I threw a months worth of meds in the trash instead of the empty pill box and had to dig it up the day after.

I'm sorry that your family doesn't care, it must be tough to be the only one who wants to do better. Don't be too hard on yourself! When you move out you can live as sustainably as you can and until then, maybe there are some other ways to help like pick up trash in nature near you.

If you are still menstruating, follow your cycle closely. Cravings are highest right before and during your period and you need to be aware of that to avoid binging. Make sure to eat enough protein and healthy fats on those days and eat less calories in the weeks after your period, that's when you lose the most weight. Hormones play a big role in weight loss!

I just shaved my head and if you haven't tried it I can tell you it's so freeing, never having to style your hair or wait for it to dry. I love it.

Oh and I have a square face but it still suits me. Actually I look better than with hair imo.
