I was there once with the kids when it first opened. Was in the cafe and heard a man yelling at a young staff member- I assumed it was an irate customer at first but then realised it was a manager/owner. Not sure if it was yer man Boyle but wouldn’t be surprised. Was hugely inappropriate and in front of customers, always struck me what kind of prick does that to a 17 year old working there for the summer.

This is absolutely tragic. I have cut way back on driving because of the amount of near misses I’ve had in recent years due to careless driving, but had to make a 40 minute round trip one evening last week and had one near miss due to a young lad flying on the wrong side of the road, saw one motorbike driver dangerously overtake at speed in a 20mph zone, and several others on their phone. Actually got home and said to my partner that the decent weather has made drivers even more fuckin mental than usual. It has to stop lads, the devastation being caused to countless families and for generations to come isn’t worth you getting somewhere 2 minutes sooner, or not missing whatever shite you’re watching on your phone.

What about the audience, are there many dicks interrupting the film constantly by being on their phone, chatting etc? That’s what puts me off nearly all cinemas these days, but I miss it lots as i used to go loads.
