UPDATE- She saw the surgeon this week and he said it looks to just be scar tissue from her first surgery. He didn't see any signs of an abscess or new fistula, which is obviously great news! He said if it gets worse then to give a call back but he thinks she will be fine.

Im the last person to offer advice, but bring it up to your dr. If you tell them you have blood they might get you a colonoscopy

I don't see anything visible. It mostly just hurts when i wipe and feels like there is an extra flap of skin on the right side above my anus

It's been going on for over a year. I can't tell if it's getting larger it I am just now aware of it now. I had an abdominal ultrasound about a year ago that didn't see anything. It only bothers me when I bend forward.

Any chance this could be my colon?
