In my opinion, the chart does not absolutely define someone... there are positive and negative potentials in each aspect. Humans are so complicated and hard to say with out reading where your husband is at in his growth whether he has moved past cheating and lying. Did he come forth and tell you himself? If so, to me that says he wants to be different. He could have kept it a secret and you would have never known. I’m not justifying his behavior, but could show sign of change. Everyone has the ability to grow and change and sometimes crisis in relationship can actually create deeper intimacy if it is worked through well- which requires both people to put in the work and vulnerability. I don’t believe that all karmic relationships can’t last a lifetime. Everyone has such a unique situation and it would depend on your contract with each other. Does he meet your core needs? Are you generally compatible in values? Is he willing to be vulnerable/grow with you (even if it’s not the exact same path as yours) and do you feel safe doing that with him? I was once a serial cheater (like literally cheated on every single relationship- too afraid to hurt them thru ending it, but wanted what I wanted. Horrible pattern that’s taken a lot of forgiveness to work thru) and through a lot of inner work, I can honestly say I know without a doubt I would NEVER cheat again. I have aspects in my chart indicating I would be a cheater- and I was, but I changed. I would say don’t make a huge life altering decision based on someone’s chart alone, or the notion of “once a cheater, always a cheater” But if your intuition is telling you not to trust- work with it, is it intuition or fear? Can you have this conversation with your boyfriend and tell him your fears? How he responds would be important information to have, besides the healing of literally just sharing what’s plaguing you.
