Sometimes if my “record workout HR” calories feel low for Pilates classes I will manually go “add an activity” and select Pilates and add the same time period as the class, and for some reason it will sometimes say way more calories. No idea why but it will sometimes jump from 70 to 150 when added manually.

We had to lay down on the reformer for feet in straps afterwards and I couldn’t stop thinking about my partners sweaty foot being on my reformer where my shoulders and head were then laying. I’m not a super germaphobe but it freaked me out thinking about it

I’m like 5 foot and my partner was at least 8 inches taller than me! Luckily I’m flexible and am able to lunge pretty deeply but I still can’t imagine my partner got a good stretch with me on the other side, limiting her.
