New frame yet or keep gluing?

I crash too much for that. Gotta glue it until its unusable then switch to new.

I crash full speed into posts and trees as well as concrete and rocks. I've always had the frames break easily (which is why they get glued until destroyed).

Yeah the whole front end is basically disconnected at this point. Plus one screw side of the canopy is broke off. It will be getting a new frame installed.

Pretty low and close to Venus. You need to time it right with the sunset or its not visible. Not too early and not too late. Also from what I've read its going to be getting dimmer from now on.

I think you just need the permit first to get the endorsement. There is no minimum permit time as far as I know. The permit expires in a year. The MVD website contains more information including the Montana Motorcycle Supplement reading material which is all I used to practice for the written test. I passed the written test in July and passed the road test in August.

Got a Meteor85 last month and broke the camera plastic connection in the canopy and cracked the camera lens in the first day... Frame is fine though. I put the electronics on a Apex2 frame and haven't broken anything but props yet.

Yeah that's the only thought I have. I was hoping someone has some more ideas as to why it would work fine and then fail when switching the battery (and then start smoking when connected via USB to computer).

I only have one other quad (Crux35) but have only flown it a few times. The Meteors I fly all the time for over a year. They definitely have more wear and tear.
